James David Rodríguez Rubio (born ), known as James Rodríguez, is a Colombian professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder. He is widely regarded as one of the best Colombian footballers of his generation, known for his exceptional left foot, vision, and goal-scoring ability from midfield.
James gained global recognition during the 2014 FIFA World Cup, where he won the Golden Boot as the tournament's top scorer with six goals, including the Goal of the Tournament. His performances earned him a transfer to Real Madrid.
Early life and career
