Biography
Tatiana Cespedes Tatiana Cespedes Arboleda (born c. 1982) is a Colombian lawyer, businesswoman, and activist serving as the second lady of Colombia since 2026 as the wife of José Manuel Restrepo, the 14th Vice President of Colombia. Born in Popayán, Cauca, she studied law at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana where she later specialized in Commercial Law.
