Biography
Nhora Mondragón Nhora Yanet Mondragón Ortíz (born c. 1988) is a Colombian business administrator and politician who has served as the general secretary to the presidency since January 2026. Mondragón graduated with a specialization in health administration and another in public management from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She worked for the mayor of Cali, Jorge Iván Ospina, as secretary of government. Later, she served as Director of security and coexistence at the ministry of the Interior under Minister Armando Benedetti. In January 2026, following the resignation of Angie Rodríguez, Mondragón was appointed as general secretary to the president by President Gustavo Petro.
