Luis Fernando Lucumí Villegas (born 2 February 1998) is a Colombian Paralympic athlete with cerebral palsy. He represented Colombia at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and he won the silver medal in the men's javelin throw F38 event.

Luis Fernando Lucumí Villegas Luis Fernando Lucumí Villegas (born 2 February 1998) is a Colombian Paralympic athlete with cerebral palsy. He represented Colombia at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and he won the silver medal in the men's javelin throw F38 event. He won the bronze medal in the men's javelin throw F38 event at the 2020 Summer Paralympics in Tokyo, Japan.
