Juan Fernando Quintero Paniagua (born ) is a Colombian footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for River Plate and the Colombian national team. Born in Medellin, he is known for his exceptional technical ability and vision.
Quintero rose through the youth ranks at Envigado FC before moving to Porto in Portugal. He gained international fame at the 2014 FIFA World Cup, scoring a memorable free kick.
He won the Copa Libertadores 2018 with River Plate, scoring the winning goal in the final. He was also champion of the Copa Sudamericana 2024 with Racing Club.
