Edgar Hernando Tirado Mazo, M.X.Y. (born 22 February 1939) is a Colombian Roman Catholic prelate who served as Vicar Apostolic of Tierradentro from 2003 to 2015. He is a member of the Yarumal Missionaries (M.X.Y.). He was also Superior General of the Yarumal Missionaries from 1996 to 2002.
