Biography
Carlos Carrillo (politician) Carlos Carillo (born January 15, 1981) is a Colombian industrial designer, academic, researcher, and politician who served as General Director of the UNGRD from 2024 to 2026 under President Gustavo Petro. He previously served as a Bogotá City Councilor. Born in Bogotá, D.C., he holds a degree in industrial design from the National University of Colombia.
